  • What is a hydrostatic valve?
A hydrostatic valve is crucial for managing groundwater pressure on your pool shell, especially after heavy rainfall. It prevents the pool from being displaced or damaged by excess groundwater pressure, making it an essential component for all in-ground pools.
  • What additional costs should I anticipate beyond the price of the pool?
Additional costs may include transport and traffic management, crane hire, earthworks/backfill, equipment upgrades, custom finishings, and pool filling. These costs are site and project-specific. A detailed list of inclusions is provided on each pool's page.

We install pools all over the North Island (South Island coming soon).
  • Is installation included in the price of the pool?
No, the advertised price is for the pool only. Installation costs are site and project-specific. See here for a list of our standard inclusions.

  • Is crane hire included in the freight price?
No, crane costs are separate and must be quoted and managed by an external crane company.
  • How much does crane hire typically cost?
Crane costs vary based on site access. We recommend arranging a site visit and obtaining a quote from a local crane company.

  • What are the fencing requirements for installing a pool?

  • Is council consent required for plunge pools?
Only building consent is required for the fence; no separate swimming pool consent is necessary. However, site-specific resource consent may be needed, so please consult your local council for further guidance.
  • Do you handle the consent process?
Certification and council approval are managed by your installer.
